The classes cost $135.00 per person and it is all-inclusive--a beer and wine bar, four course 5 star meal demonstrated by Chefs Jeff Blank and Robert Rhoades, a recipe book for you to take home, and then the 4-course meal is served at the Number One restaurant in Austin--Hudson's on the Bend in a private dining area.

Hudson's on the Bend Cooking Classes meet once a month, and are held at Chef Blank's unique Hill Country home overlooking beautiful Lake Travis. The class includes recipes, instruction and a four course meal with wine.
