For fine dining in Pflugerville, patrons need only make their way to Main Street and the European Bistro. Authentic international specialties vie with the beautiful interior and exterior for diners' attention, and freshly prepared cuisine and friend service add to the experience. For lunch, the choices include such dishes as chicken paprika, Hungarian goulash, wiener schnitzel and stuffed cabbage,  each accompanied by a delicious salad. At dinner the stakes are raised. There are appetizers galore, like mushroom crepes, pan fried whole cauliflower and Russian pirogues; soups like Hungarian hen and salads like Russian beets. Entrees include a full range of steaks and seafood, and Hungarian and European delights like sauted duck liver, sauted rabbit and Jaeger schnitzel. Desserts are just as authentic and include dobos cake, Black Forest cake and Austrian dumplings. European Bistro will be an experience for the kids as well, and they can order hamburgers or smoked sausages from their own menu.
