Moonshine has claimed an anchor role in the convention center area which has quickly grown into a major restaurant cluster. The always lively eatery features a great bar, an informal feel and a great  brand of solid Texas style American cuisine. It sometimes seems that the tried and true balance of meat, starch and vegetables has become passe. Anchored by innovative beef, chicken, seafood and shellfish entrees, at Moonshine it is the norm. (Here's my tip: for the starch always opt for the macaroni and cheese.it's the greatest!) Convenient to downtown, Moonshine has put a "can't miss" formula in  place: solid food, valet parking, music, inside and outside dining and the happy roar of a ton of satisfied patrons.
