Family-owned and operated, Baby Acapulco has been serving quality Tex-Mex food in Austin for over 20 years. The Baby Acapulco conveniently located near I-35 and Highway 290 is popular with neighborhood families. Portions are Texas sized and prices are reasonable. Enjoy a traditional Tex-Mex breakfast of migas or huevos rancheros. For lunch and dinner, there are traditional dishes items such as fajitas, quesadillas and nachos. However, Baby Acapulco also offers fresh seafood specialties such as mahi-mahi, catfish, calamari and shrimp. Try the queso con shrimp for an appetizer. For patrons who are just not in the mood for Tex-Mex don't worry, the burgers are definitely worth trying. And don't forget to order a Baby Acapulco margaritas, and choose from a rainbow of flavors: Blue, Banana, Cantaloupe, Chambord, Coconut, Mango, Midori, Peach, Pineapple, Purple, Pink Passion, Strawberry, Sangria or Lime.
