A new addition to the quaint historic downtown of Kyle, a small cousin to the south of Austin is a restaurant that would be acclaimed in any city in Texas. Locally owned and operated, Bordeaux's offers great choices in seafood, steaks and pastas, and prides itself on offering quality dishes for everyone in the family. If you're not in the mood for wonderful and perfectly seasoned filet mignon or prime rib grilled over an open fire, you can choose from a variety of fresh seafood dishes like salmon bearnaise, blackened catfish and bayou shrimp scampi. If it's pasta you crave you can order seafood, chicken and even veggie dishes that delight. In Kyle's first and only full bar you can enjoy generous cocktails and wine while you watch an event on the 42" plasma TV. Finally, Bordeaux's caters and will bundle you up goodies to take home.
