If you like the look, feel and hustle and bustle of a midtown Manhattan eatery, Louie's 106 is the ticket. Popular and filled with a hectic banter among friends and business associates, the open bar and kitchen and food and drink going in virtually every direction add to the urban old world atmosphere. From more than 20 tapas, Spanish appetizers Louie's is famous for, through great soups, salads,  entrees, the dining experience equals the atmospheric heights. There's a place for everyone and any number, from intimate tables for two, to balcony views of the comings and goings, to large private cellar rooms for special occasions. Keep an eye out for the restaurant's specials, featured around almost all holidays, and if you are counting calories do NOT let them pass around the dessert platter.
