Mad Cakes, whose founder/owner Rebecca Castellanos learned her trade at Rather Sweet Baker, Central Market Catering and Barton Creek Country Club, provides traditional baked-from-scratch Bundt cakes as well as over-the-top creations for special occasions. Themed goodies for baby showers, spring festivals, Texas Aggie "girls just want to have fun" and the like feature toppers of ribbons and almost  any kind of "stuff." Cakes come in four sizes, from mini, for two to large, for 20 or more.
