Navajo Grill has become a mainstay restaurant in a Fredericksburg that has become the tourist center of the popular Texas Hill Country. The "Grill," located in a beautiful homelike setting just east  of downtown, offers indoor and outdoor seating where you will be attended by some of the area's most attentive wait staff. Whether you celebrate a special occasion such as Mother's Day, Thanksgiving or New Years, or one of the restaurant's famous wine dinners, or just an evening out, Navajo is sure to please For Sunday brunch you can choose from delights like grilled salmon salad, Navajo frittata  or cakes and eggs. For dinner, tasty starters, soups and salads are followed by delicacies like ruby red trout, Hill Country quail and Black Angus rib eye. Desserts are to die for, from the traditional cr�me brulee with fresh berries to the chocolate fix.
