In addition to a world class university business college, UT's McCombs School also offers folks on campus a clever eatery, O's Campus Cafe. [If you're not a UT Ex you'll wish you could transport an O's back to your Alma Mater.] A steady flow of students, faculty, administrators and visitors are treated to tasty, fresh soups and salads (try the roasted vegetable and marinated tofu salad), a variety of burgers including a very veggie portabella, hot sandwiches, po' boys, and wraps. Catfish and chicken baskets, and brisket and smoked sausage barbecue plates round out the offering. If you're on the run, O's Grab n' Go menu features cold sandwiches like tuna and chicken salad, smoked turkey breast and ham 'n Swiss; and small bytes such as vegetable spring rolls, potato and pasta salads, as  well as chicken, tuna and fruit salads. For early birds, O's provides a variety of breakfast tacos and muffins, scones and croissants. Specialty coffees and teas, freshly fried fruit pies, and Krispi Kreme donuts will complement any meal or stand on their own.
