This cozy breakfast nook on Burnet Road is a typical '50s diner.small, with a no frills checkerboard décor. Something must be working.it's been open since 1978 serving three-egg omelets with Swiss and  cheddar cheese and your choice of many sides. One particularly tasty one is a short stack of buttermilk, wheat or gingerbread pancakes. If omelets don't turn you on, there is a wide variety of other  food options, including soups, salads, sandwiches and entrees such as chicken, enchiladas and super nachos. The restaurant is open 7 days a week from 7 a.m. to 5 p.m. but remember to bring cash.no credit.
