P. F. Chang's on Jollyville has become, like its sister restaurant downtown, a popular food stop for business people. This location also serves shoppers heading in or out of the millions of square feet of retail in the Arboretum area. You'll always find a loud and trendy throng of diners enjoying the sleek modern restaurant and consistently good Chinese cuisine. A wide variety of appetizers, soups  and salads are followed by "traditional" dishes like Shrimp and Lobster Sauce or Lo Mein; chicken and duck dishes like Kung Pao Chicken and Cantonese Roasted Duck; seafood like Oolong Marinated Bass;  and meats like Wok-seared Lamb. There are also wonderful vegetarian selections like Ma Po Tofu and a small selection of desserts that include that well known Oriental favorite New York Style Cheesecake. Chang's is a welcome oasis from business and shopping stress.
