One of the crown jewels of eclectic Austin, Upper Crust delights people from all across the city at its convenient 45th Street at Burnet Road location. You will find some of the finest bakery creations in the world, along with great soups, salads, pastas and sandwiches. The ricotta herb cheese bread is a special treat. Once it was only baked on weekends, and you had to reserve a loaf. Now, thankfully it is prepared daily in two different sizes. Other favorites include cinnamon rolls, cheese or currant scones, croissants, Danish, muffins and a variety of cookies.you can even find cornbread, full pan or by the slice. All of this is completed by some of the best coffee in town.
