There is much to enjoy in historic Georgetown, including music, theater and eclectic quilting bees. Now locals and visitors alike can add another "must" in Wildfire, a cosmopolitan eatery in downtown  G'town that serves remarkable brunch, lunch and dinner fare. On Sundays the brunch features nearly everything imaginable, from wonderful egg dishes and griddle favorites to pastas, burgers, sandwiches, Tex-Mex and range entrees like Guadalajara wrap and flat iron steak. Lunches and dinner feature the same wide variety; the stakes just go up in choices, from smoke house stuffed pork tenderloin to flame seared rack of lamp to Macadamian jumbo shrimp.
