NXNW always has a great array of seasonal and standard brews that are always fresh and flavorful. But have you ever craved somehing...more? Head Brewer Ty Phelps has the answer! The last Wednesday of each month is when he opens some of our special cask-conditioned beer.

Basically a cask involves a small batch of beer (11 gallons) that is diverted from a normal batch of beer into a stainless steel cask (similar to a keg). It goes through a second fermentation in the cask thus naturally carbonating the beer. (Normally we carbonate our beer using a CO2 tank.) Casks are almost always a
special recipe or seasonal beer.

Cask nights are on the last Monday of every month: it begins at 7:00pm and ends until the beer is gone or NXNW closes for the evening! Don't be late!
