Sicola's Welcomes Melanie Wiltz

Melanie Wiltz is Sicola's new private dining manager and gourmet catering coordinator. Originally from Chicago, Melanie has lived in Austin for three years and was part of the team to open the new Hilton Austin Hotel and Finn and Porter Restaurant.

Melanie is an experienced professional with a bachelor's degree in Business management from North Central College in Naperville, Illinois. She  also has a degree in Culinary Arts from the Cooking and Hospitality Institute of Chicago. And, she has recently gained recognition as a Certified Wine professional from the Culinary Institute of America at Greystone.

There will be plenty of Chef Stephen's signature appetizers on hand.
