The third annual Texas Sommelier Conference lands in Austin for the  first time on Sunday and Monday, August 19th and 20th. Presented by the Texas Sommelier Association and The Wine & Food Foundation of Texas, the conference will be hosted at the Four Seasons Hotel. Featuring some of the country's leading wine industry figures, this prestigious two-day event will include educational sessions for both wine professionals as well as the general public.

The Wine and Food Foundation of Texas, a non-profit statewide organization, will be supporting the public education portions of the program on Sunday and the Texas Sommelier Association will be presenting the professional sessions on Monday. A community-wide Grand Tasting for the general public will conclude the conference Monday evening and will serve as the platform from which the Association will announce the winner of 'Texas' Best Sommelier' competition.
