Business moguls, well-known socialites and young hipsters frequent this strikingly handsome restaurant, which features a soaring ceiling, attractive decor and soft lightening. The restaurant serves authentic Japanese and Vietnamese cuisine as well as the freshest sushi imaginable. The menu includes such mouthwatering choices as Maine lobster sauteed with sea salt and garlic and handmade noodles served with a variety of fresh vegetables in a flavorful black bean sauce. Sushi  items include the popular Volcano Roll - baked scallops coated with spicy mayo served atop a California roll. A stellar walk-in wine cellar featuring wines from over 700 boutique vineyards is a big draw for wine lovers. For diners craving intimacy, the wine cellar is available for private parties.
