Located in the upscale Shops of Legacy, the Plano location of the highly acclaimed Bob's Steak and Chop House serves some of Dallas' best steaks and stiffest drinks to a loyal clientele. The restaurant's dark mahogany woods, soft lightening and masculine decor help create a clubby, laid-back atmosphere. Specializing in prime beef, Bob's offers an array of cuts and portion sizes such as the 12-ounce prime ribeye. Bob's also has plenty of fish entrees like Maryland-style crab cakes. Unlike most steak restaurants that only offer side dishes a la carte, all entrees at Bob's come with a gigantic glazed carrot and choice of baked potato, smashed potatoes or skillet fried potatoes. If you're really hungry, order creamed corn, sauteed spinach and mushrooms or one of the other family-style side dishes for the table. Bob's extensive wine list is sure to impress wine aficionados. Be sure to make a reservation as Bob's is packed most nights.
