For more than a dozen years, Cafe Madrid has been wowing adventurous diners with their creative tapas. Tapas, little Spanish dishes designed for sharing, range from simple dishes like marinated artichoke hearts and fried calamari to more sophisticated fare such as juicy quail or roasted peppers stuffed with goat cheese. Robust Spanish wines served in juice glasses perfectly complement the spicy, flavorful food. The gorgeous wait staff is attentive and friendly and the decor is colorful and cheerful. On nice nights, snag an outside table where it's a bit quieter than inside. Unlike many of Dallas' dining hot spots, casual attire is the norm here - great when you're in the mood for a relaxed, laid-back night out.
