Taking its cue from the famous bistros that line Paris' fabled boulevard the Champs Elysees, Cafe Toulouse and Bar provides Dallasites a comfortable, lively spot to relax over a glass of wine and enjoy classic bistro food. Cafe Touluse's speciality is Belgian-style mussels served six different ways. The menu features a wide selection of French comfort food like braised short ribs and a goat cheese  and caramelized onion tart. Located next to the Katy Trail, the restaurant is in the quietest section of Knox Street - making the pretty outdoor seating area an ideal place to dine. With longtime Dallas restaurateur Alberto Lombardi at the helm, diners can rest assured their experience at Cafe Toulouse will be more than satisfactory.
