It's hard for a restaurant to stand out in the Knox-Henderson area. After all, there are more than two dozen restaurants within a mile radius. However, there's one restaurant that you can't help but notice - Cuba Libre Cafe. This big, multi-level, brightly colored stucco building situated amongst quaint antique shops definitely stands out. The restaurant's architecture and decor aren't the only things that command attention - so does the Caribbean and Latin American inspired cuisine. From fried plantain chips to mango daiquiris and jerk chicken salad to grilled mahi-mahi, Cuba Libre's food and  drinks are as every bit fabulous as the restaurant's fun, energetic atmosphere. Service isn't too shabby either. With lively Latin music playing in the background and a killer see and be see scene, Cuba Libre is a great place to hang out with old friends or make new ones.
