World-renowned chef Nobu Matsuhisa (also of the Food Channel's Iron Chef fame) brings his signature innovative Asian-fusion and sushi delights to Dallas' upscale Hotel Crescent Court in the latest installment of his acclaimed Nobu franchise. Delicately carved Birchwood tree sculptured wall dividers, deep wooden flooring and low lighting create an intimate atmosphere of luxury and drama befitting  the restaurant's contemporary flare based in traditional Japanese style. It's a fitting ambiance for Chef Matsuhisa's traditional Japanese technique fused with a modern twist - redefining Japanese cuisine here in the US. Every dish at Nobu can be ordered à la carte and shared family-style with the table, or guests can order an omaskase meal, a fixed price multi-course meal designed by the  chef. For a favorite, try the "New Style Sashimi," incorporating slightly cooked fish, olive oil, garlic and cilantro, or perennial favorite, miso-soaked black cod.
