Primo's Bar and Grill near Uptown Village offers a lot more than high-quality Tex-Mex food. It offers some of the best people-watching in Dallas. The popular dining venue and watering hole is packed nightly with Dallas' in-crowd. Regulars know to go early so they can snag one of the outdoor tables on Primo's patio overlooking McKinney Avenue. Those on a budget know to go on Tuesdays when margaritas are less than $3 bucks all day long. There are also daily specials - Mondays it's enchiladas, Wednesdays fish tacos and Thursdays crispy beef tacos. While Primo's is definitely a place to see and be  seen, it's also a place to eat Tex-Mex favorites like stuffed jalapenos, heaping plates of nachos, fajitas, tacos and enchiladas.
