Simply put, Sevy's Grill is a popular mainstay of Dallas dining. Conveniently located on Preston Road just south of NW Highway, the contemporary Paul Draper designed eatery has served satisfied Metroplex diners for more than a decade. Sevy's co-owners, Executive Chef Sevy Severson and General Manager Jimmy Fell set the tone for lunches and dinners filled with laughter, interested talk and wonderful cuisine. Lunch begins with small plates like smoked shrimp cakes and grilled portabella mushrooms, and a variety of soups and salads. Tasty sandwiches and the Sevy burger vie for attention with  delicious pastas and specialties such as almond crusted rainbow trout and Mack's five pepper chicken. At dinner choices expand to include such delicacies as marinated lamb chops, "Texas style” quail, veal Osso Bucco, and some of Dallas' best steaks. Of course both meals can be accompanied by an outstanding selection of wines and irresistible desserts like three citrus pie and banana nut ravioli. Sevy's also offers private fireside and patio dining and off site catering, not to mention a putting green where Sevy and Jimmy will take on all comers.
