The latest offering from Stephan Pyles, possibly the most innovative Texas chef of our time, has already become a shining jewel in Dallas' restaurant crown. A central component of the Dallas Arts District, Stephan Pyles Restaurant blends haute cuisine with a stylish modern environment and impeccable service to offer natives and visitors alike the ultimate in dining experience. Chef Pyles and his  team of Jeff Moschetti and Katherine Clapner tend a kitchen that leaves no stone unturned to create dining delight.

Stephan's own words are a perfect frame: "big flavors, all the tastes and aromas I'm known for…a more broad sense and style of cooking than anything I have done in the past.” At lunch, tasty appetizers, soups and salads precede signature sandwiches such as the hickory smoked barbecued pork and lobster salad club; and main courses include yellowfin tuna "nicoise” and spit-roasted natural chicken. At dinner the selection is more audacious, and includes chile-braised  pork "Osso Bucco,” Alaskan halibut with fava bean-arugula stew, and coriander-cured rack of lamb. No meal will be complete without a dessert selection as complicated as Pyles' trademarked Star Canyon Heaven and Hell Cake or as simple as coffee and doughnuts. The restaurant features a wonderful Tapas/Ceviche Bar with a changing menu, and hosts private dining parties and events upon request. Metroplex and global diners who remember Chef Pyles' Routh Street Café and Star Canyon as two of America's finest eateries will be thrilled to find that Stephan Pyles Restaurant has raised the bar.
